Awareness

The Art of Noticing Your Own Nonsense

Awareness is where it all begins — that awkward but liberating moment when you realize, “Oh, I might be the problem.” It’s about seeing your patterns, fears, and defense mechanisms in 4K clarity without immediately running for emotional cover.

You start catching yourself mid-overreaction, recognizing that your “bad mood” is actually unprocessed anxiety, and that maybe—just maybe—not everyone is out to get you. Awareness doesn’t fix things overnight, but it makes ignorance impossible. It’s the first and most humbling step toward sanity (and slightly fewer existential crises).
